Great question. My thought is: Can trust be earned? I don't think so. I think it has to be given. What can, and must, be earned is your confidence that the trust you've given won't be betrayed.
This really is a super question. Thanks for posting it.

I think that we should trust unless given a reason not to; simply because I believe that the majority of people are trustworthy.
If someone wants to date you but you get a 'feel' that they're not someone to trust then I would imagine you wouldn't date this person.
Also, a relationship needs to begin on a good note (else whats the point) & trust is part of that.
When do I think trust needs to be earned? Only when its been broken.

usually i might say particular think of somewhat and supply have confidence and admire on the commencing up and build it because of the fact the relationship maintains. for this reason plainly like there are assorted excuses. must be properly worth cooling and putting an open ended query,( ie: one that would not convey approximately a undeniable or no answer) to him something like "tell me why i could desire to have confidence you given those issues". Use your instinct to decide the respond and act like a broken checklist until eventually the query is spoke back. If disregarded you recognize what to do! good success, i wish it somewhat works out for you.

When beginning a new relationship, its a little hard but trust should ALWAYS be earned. That way it is appreciated and people will work to get it and keep it. When you just give things away, people lose respect for it and tend not to appreciate it as much.

In any relationship you never give 100%.
You must reserve that 1% for your own self, sense of worth, well being, whatever you wish to call it-unconditional love does not exist. Keep a piece of yourself back to yourself for the unwanted day that may come. Enjoy yourself and each other, but keep your sense of self.
Do not give all of yourself and live for the other half. You will surely suffer for that .
