"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 18:10

Angels see the Father, so I would say the verse in question refers to humans.

Well, it's talking about the creation, so I would think it means that it means that no human had seen God at that point, not that any man has never seen God. That can be disproved with later scriptures.

Unless you think that some other creature, such as aardvarks, have seen God, then I'm not certain what you're referring to. These translations are fairly consistent with one another.

Do you believe that some other creature that has eyes in the light spectrum to which we are sensitive has seen God, thereby disproving this verse?

Yup, and they tell stories about people seeing God, beginning with Adam and Eve. Which part of the Bible is the absolute truth, none of it is my guess.

Yes, it is talking about humans not seeing God, until he came down from Heaven and robed himself in flesh(Jesus) which is God, they are One.
