well to start off, im 14 and im pretty big for my age. but for some reason.. during the week i cant eat breakfast! it makes my stomach hurt and i'll end up late for skool. this is around 6:30-7am cuz my bus comes at 7:30. Anyway, lunch for me is at 12:30 and more recently all i eat is a granola bar and drink a bottle of water. and then dinner i jus eat whatever is there for a meal. So the way i eat, is it bad for me. (reminder this is 5 dayz a week)

Yes, it is very bad for you. You cannot sustain yourself on that small amount of calories. If you don't want to eat a large breakfast, just eat a yougurt or a banana, and eat it slowly. For lunch you need a balanced meal, not a granola bar and water. That's a snack. You should speak to a doctor or dietician about your eating habits because you are starving yourself. Pretty soon you will probably start to slip in your grades and feel very sluggish because you are depriving your brain and body of essential nutrients. You may even gain weight because your body will hoard fat to survive. Please stop before you really hurt yourself.

yes i have problem eating breakfest too. Dont eat until your stomach starts to growl or feel hungry. For lunch, try replacing granola bar into yogurt or salad and green tea which is more healthy. THen eat as many as you want for dinner and deseart!

well..your stomach might hurt because youre eating too late..then just going to sleep & it sits in your stomach all night and gives you indegestion.... you should try to eat breakfast.. it keeps your metabolism going.
