I suggest melon balls. kind of an obscure drink, not as mainstream as, say, martinis but still a good drink

a pitcher of margaritas (or a few) then a bottle of chambord, gran mariner.. so you can make a cadillac margarita with mariner, or rasberry margarita with chambord.. then your guests have a choice
