Hi all,
What should i do if i want to provide a power source (12V,20Ah,240Watt lead acid battery) to 2 motors, one rated at 12V,250Watts and the other one rated at 12V,10A..

Get a bigger battery and then wire them up in parallel, they both need 12v. They aren't going to run very long off that one and if it can really only give 240W then it's rated for 20A and your first motor takes more than that.

If you wired them in series you'd pull about 6.75A and the first motor would get about 25W instead of 250 and the second 56W instead of 120 because the higher resistance motor that usually pulls less current gets more of the voltage now that this is a potential divider.

You can't supply a 250 W motor if you only produce 240 W.
