I think that olive oil is the healthiest, but it's sometimes pricey. Another healthy oil to fry with is canola.

Yes it is a healthy oil with a smoking point of 420 degrees, most of your frying is done at 350-375 and since it's fish you won't have a temp drop when your product is introduced

Yes. Contrary to popular belief, eating fried foods is not unhealthy. It's the kind of oil that is used. Fast food places use hydrogenated oils and those are the ones you should watch out for. Corn oil is ok to use though.

Yes. But if you are frying with higher temperatures, peanut oil would be better because it doesn't start to smoke and break down until it reaches a higherr temperature.

Use extra virgin cold press olive oil. It is a healthy oil, and gives fish a good flavor.

yes but i prefer little bit of olive oil, fish tastes good and it is good for your health also. Why not try grill instead? It's good for you!

I prefer coconut oil.
WHY?
It makes a person healthy.
Than using other oils.
In Phillipines, Virgin Coconut Oil is in demand due to its benefits.
