I have kissed a girl before. In fact, my first kiss was when I was 15 and it was 3 weeks into a relationship but she kissed me. I have never initiated a first kiss ever in my life because the girl always gets impatient with me after 3 weeks and kisses me... But this girl I am dating now is really old fashioned and is going to make me make the moves (we have been dating 4 weeks). I want to make the first kiss special, yet I am afraid that I will be bad at kissing because I haven't kissed a girl in a year and a half (I am 17). Any of you more experienced folks out there got some advice on how to make it special, or at least somewhat not awkward?

When you say "why is ist so hard?", what is "it" exactly that's so hard. If it is what I think it is then hard is good. That's what's supposed to happen.

wow.. why do you wait 3 weeks? jeez. that's just sad. Anyway just wait until u guys are in a romantic mood and if your on a couch just put your arm around her or something and then tell her she's beautiful and look deep into her eyes and then hold her chin ever so gently and lean in slowly to kiss her. and there you go.

go to a romantic movie. put ur arms around her and whisper something unclear to her ears. when she moves her face to hear u clearly, give her a kiss on her lips. if she's feeling the mood, she will make the next move. its a sure way, i guarantee. try it out and tell me what happens.

Relax, follow her tongue, and go with the flow. If you explain afterwards what the deal is, she might just understand and help you practice some more. But the best thing you can do is not worry about it.
