alright there is this guy that is like obbsest with me but i like another guy. how do i tell the other guy that im not interested or do i just yell at him and tell him to stay away but not trying to be mean about it?

You can't yell at someone and tell them to stay away and not be mean about it. Sheesh.
Just take that person aside and say you're not interested and that person is making you uncomfortable by obsessing. Then ask that guy you like out.

I'd just tell the other guy that you're flattered but don't feel the same for him, also i would tell the guy that you are keen on that you have feelings for him, hey what have you got to lose!!! You've definitly got alot to gain right!!

you answered your own question. Just let him know your not interested in him. You don't have to be mean just say it in a nice way..lke "listen I like you, but only as a friend. I am seeing someone right now".

If it's at all possible, try to politely explain that you're not interested. If he gets ugly, then you can be mean about it.
