How would I go about bringing a dead body back from Mexico to the United States?

My dad died in Mexico and he isn't a citizen here. I want to bring his body here for a funeral and then have it creamated. Does anyone have any information on this subject?

you might want to contact someone who might know within the government...why dont ya just cremate him and then bring him back way easier
