Change your exersize. Your body is used to your walking 1hr a day. Do some skipping, sit ups push ups, have sex, drink lots of water. Don't slack of exersize, eat smaller, more healthier portions. Drink a glass of ice water before each meal and you wont eat as much. Laugh and have a good time with whatever else you do. Don't stress. You gotta enjoy what your doing to lose it!

Increase your walking time. If you could start jogging some of that time it would increase your caloric burn even more. Aerobics is the best way to burn calories. Start doing jumping jacks, the more you move the more you burn. Do not, however starve yourself. Your metabolic rate will drop like a stone and it will be counterproductive. Fruits and vegetables, no fats...plenty of water.

fruits, vegies, skip the fatty stuff, and eat 5-6 times a day but small portions. Drink lots of fluids, juices etc.

lots of water....can't stress that enough...veggies(no corn,peas or carrots), lean meats(poultry and fish) if you have salad..no dressing at all...use lemon to flavour it. Stay away from breads, and carbs(rice,pasta, potatoes)and you should excersise everyother day....make sure you sweat when you do...that's when you know your burning your calories. When you make your meals, eat smaller ones more frequently. 5-6 times per day and try not to eat after 6pm....
