yes all metals in solid form are conductors- so gasses too.
some better conductors then others- ie gold conducts much better than aliminium....

Yes, of course. But it is not good for electric wiring because it fatigues easily. That means the flow of electricity degrades aluminum to dangerous levels and will fail by overheating from too much power draw. It has caused house fires and loss of power delivery. It is outlawed in most states for use as electric wiring.
