I just called my bf private to see if he was up and he answered the phone but then I hung up. I dont know why I just feel like he calls me when he wants to and I am the only one making an effort and I dont want to seem desperate when I am not. When I called him 20 minutes later with my number showing he didnt pick up. I dont know what is going on, but right now I feel like I am bothering him and he wants to be left alone. What should I do? What do you think?

I think you should just MOVE ON if he don't want to answer the phone then so be it... I'm pretty sure you can get better elsewhere...It will be kind of hard, but you got 2 do what u got 2 do... Don't be the the only one making an effort because a relationship is a TWO WAY street!!!!

who knows he probably fell asleep. Or he knew it was you calling unavailable and just thinks your crazy. you better hope that's not it. NE ways! You need to CHILL out. Sounds to me like you might really BE smothering him. Just let him do his thing and you do yours, give it a couple days and everything will be alright I promise!!! Give the man some space and he will come back with a vengence wondering why the hell you stopped buggn him all the time.
BUT if you keep on buggn him, he will just get pushed farther and farther away until eventually he will not ever come back. The choice is your, but if you want to keep your man, then take my advice.

Have you guys been fighting? Is it late at night? If he has a whole bunch of stuff going on in his life then he may need his space. But, what if he missed your call because he was in the bathroom or in the shower? Has this been happening for along time? If contiues to not answer your calls, dump him, you don't need to be with a selfish jerk!

sounds like he's got a bit of a problem. not answering when your number shows. answering when your number doesn't show? only calling when he wants to? i think that there may be more going on than him just wanting to be left alone. i would give it about a week and see how things go. you may need to re-evaluate your bf/gf status soon....sorry to tell you!! i hope that everything works out!!

I think something funny is going on. Why would he answer a private number but not yours. I think you need to confront him face to face and see what is up. Men may get their signals mixed up and that may be the problem here. Just talk to him.

Go to him and ask him does he feel like he needs space because you are starting to feel that he's not into you the way you are into him. Ask him are there some things about you that are keeping him at a distant and is it something that you both can work on together. But in the mean time, if he continues to be this way, try to occupy your time. Go out with your girlfriends, go shopping to the movies, skating, or out to eat. Anything to keep your mind off him. Try to get into yourself more. Do your hair, wear some make-up, draw his attention to you in any way that you can but in a positive and woman like way. He'll come around eventually, but if he don't please don't waste your time trying to figure him out. You don't deserve to be hurt and I know you love yourself, so don't let him stress you out.
