I need ideas of food I can make . No fast food or restaurant food. But health food to keep me in shape and help me lose 10pounds before summer !
Any Ideas will help!

Cut out processed carbs.(all of them!) Some meal ideas are:
beef and mushroom stew
Taco salad w/o the chips or tortilla shell
chicken sausages from Sam's Club (no buns)
Unbreaded fish and steamed broccoli
at chinese restaurants, the curry chicken (no rice or appetizrs)
A bowl of Fat Free cottage cheese with walnuts and cinnamon
celery sticks with fat free ranch for a snack
apple slices sprinkled with a little salt for a snack
almost ANY snack that's in the 100 calorie range is OK.

It's important not to skip your mid-morning/afternoon snacks. It boosts your metablism. Don't eat after 7.

for on the go health (cuz that is where you will get tripped up the most), recommend the Nutrilite meal replacement bars. I changed my breakfast to those plus and xs energy drink and tracked my calories and such and lost weight very easily without ever being hungry. you can find them online so email me if you want more info. So easy just to throw in your purse or car, and so yummy and so good for you, with 35% of 20 different vitamins and minerals.

fruit and vegetables...salads with grilled meat, stirfries, make sure you drink lots of water.
