Either she's bored or she's nervous. She could just be nervous and feel the need to play with something to get out some of her nerves, or perhaps she's bored and she's trying to occupy her time until the end of the date. Next time try something different on your date that will keep her attention the whole time. Make sure she feels completely comfortable and give her all your attention without becoming overbearing. If she's having a good time but still plays iwth her shoes then perhaps its just an ocd or she's nervous. If she doesn't want to go out on another date, she could of been bored.

depends on How she was playing with them. if she was playing with them by like moving her foot around in them (can't really explain what i mean, haha) and smiling at you, trying to be sexy.. like showing she was wishing she could be playing footsie with you.. OR it could perhaps be a nervous habit of hers she has.. because she was most likely nervous on the date. i don't think what everyone else is saying is true that she was bored out of her mind.. because sometimes girls just do things they don't realize they are doing because they are nervous or whatever. and also, i wouldn't go solely on the fact that she was playing with her shoe anyway.. see if she talks to you again, or if you want to go on another date see how she responds.. THEN you will know. don't lose something just because of some shoe thing that you Might just be a little too paranoid and overeasy about.. nothing at all..
