ok so i like this girl and i think she likes me but theres this other guy that likes her too and i know if she goes for looks shell pick him....but i have a much better personality but she said i was too nice so what should i do cause i dont know if shes just sayin that cause all her ex's have been jerks of wat?

It sounds like she isnt really the person for you. Dont worry about other people that like her. What counts is whatever the two of you feel about each other. If she doesnt feel you are the one for her. there is nothing you can do about it. There are other girls who would appreciate someone who is nice and has a good personality. She seems to like people you call jerks. Let her go and look for someone else.

she has self esteem issues and needs a guy that treats her like **** because she feels that is what she deserves. Or she wants a "jerk" because she equates that with being assertive and masculine. Either way, find someone who is more well adjusted mentally if you want happiness in the long run. Or punch her in the nose and tell her to go buy you some beer and maybe you can hook up with her. And there is no such thing as too nice. She's just too young and too dumb to Know a good thing when she see's it!

Just put your foot down, and let her know how you feel without being too smothering. I'm a nice guy myself, so I know exactly what you are going through. If she can't accept you for who you are, then I wouldn't worry about her. If you want to change, then change for yourself, and no one else. If you change for someone else, in the end you won't be totally happy. Good luck!

Do not change who u r! if she doesn't like you because your TOO NICE then let her go. The true one will come wen it is time but do not change who u r for a girl. she says that cause "too nice" usually means, well you are too nice but it also means that you are more friendship material. I think she wants to be friends with you, not date you.
She wants a guy who can take control, act confident, etc...
