i've never heard of it before, but my guess would be that in Raw pork, since it is sometimes laced with various parasites, that yes, pouring something like coke on it could bring worms to the surface. not maggots, but parasitic worms that were in the meat, which isn't too farfetched. that is, after all, why we cook it.

NO! I use coke to marinate meat all the time and I have never seen worms crawl out of my pork tenderloin or pork roast. Coke just tenderizes it really well.

Yeah!...these are not worms, its just the effect the coke has on the meat strands, it makes them more pronounced and worm like.

No. Maggots don't grow from nothing. If you leave the meat out overnight and let it rot, flies may lay eggs on it, which will in turn hatch maggots.

no itz not true...but if u are choking on a steak drink a coke.....the acid in the coke disolve the steak..... try putting a bottle of coke on a piece of steak......
