Let me be more specific. I bought a black light called a stink finder. I still cannot locate the source. Any other ideas besides the black light?

You should be able to smell it. That's weird that you can't. To me it smells like old vitamins.

You are not looking in the right place. Urine shows up bright yellow under a black light.

2 nights ago my new cat sprayed in the bathroom. It was behind the toilet and on the back & bottom of the tank. It took me 2 hours to find it because I was looking in the wrong place.

Good luck! It sucks having to breathe that.

This really is supposed to work. I have seen it when the carpet cleaners came and shown the black light on the carpet before we moved in. There was a dog we didn't know about, and it was everywhere. We were shocked when we saw all the glowing urine spots on the carpet and on the edges of the doors and door facings.

our cats seem to like spraying clothes, shoes, and beds ~ maybe you should check those type areas first
anyways, turn off the lights and use the black light and you will find it! Good Luck!

Cat spray (urine) is unlike any other smell on God's green earth! If you want to find where it is exactly you might try lumenol.
