The question is not if women should allowed to court men,

it's if government should have any role in dictating courtship.

And the answer is no.

That is a confusing question. Who is supposed to give that permission? I thought we were supposed to be emancipated. We are adult human beings. Women and men are supposed to be equals, at least in America.(these United States.) Those actions should be determined by the people involved. Its no one elses business or place to make that decision.

it's not a matter of allowing or not. it's more like are you willing to do so or wait? for me, i am a little shy and i usually wait for guys to initiate. but i send out friendly signals! ^_^
