He has not been presumed guilty, but that fact is that considering the charges that have been made against him it would be bad for racing to allow him to continue to ride in this country.

If I was charged with stealing money form my company I would not be allowed to continue working until the trial, so why should Mr Fallon be allowed to carry on riding?

Lets not forget that the his ban on riding in France and Ireland is all his own fault as he tested positive for cocaine after a ride in France.

I agree. If he is found not guilty the jockey Club deserve to get stuck with a large compensation claim for lost earnings and prize money.
