No---not all Catholics oppose birth control--just the Pope--the other Catholics just ignore the ruling.

No, not all Catholics oppose birth control. But then again, there are other things that the Church says I should or shouldn't do, and I don't agree with those things either. However, I am a Catholic-hate to say it, but I pick and choose what I like and don't like about the church (and I wasn't born and raised a Catholic-I converted when I was an adult and old enough to make my own decisions). I have found things in all religions that I didn't agree with.
I use birth control and I am a Catholic because (1) I don't want or need a bunch of kids, and (2) I can't feed too many kids and the Catholic church isn't going to feed those kids either, LOL!

Catholics do oppose artificial birth control. You are encouraged to plan your family and to use Natural Family Planning to help you to keep your plan.
At one time every Christian faith opposed it, now the Catholic church is alone in its stance. The thing is that the church is not a democracy. Jesus is not who popular opinion wants Him to be. There are certain things that the church can change its mind on, but this isn't one of them. Unnatural birth control, abortion, war, these are things that the church will never support.
Catholics themselves have the ability to do whatever they please, just like everyone else. Whenever a Catholic has an abortion, uses birth control, etc. they are sinning. You can do these things, but you are in conflict with the church and God.

The Church has declared birth control sinful. It prohibits the creation of a new life. My wife and I believe and follow this teaching of the Church.
There are many people who claim to be Catholic who do not follow this standard. However, there are plenty of Baptists who dance and drink alcohol too.
All Catholics are supposed to oppose birth control, but, just as with any group, religious or otherwise, not all of them agree with or follow this teaching of the Church.

Faithful Catholics, who are educated, follow the Scriptural opposition of birth control. Do you have problems with Scripture?
The key passage is an understanding of Onan's sin. See Gn 38.

That's like asking if all white guys are republicans. Of course not ALL Catholics oppose birth control (or anything else). I respectfully suggest that matters of faith are often more complicated than the dogma that supports them.

Only 10% oppose birth control, actually.
I guess the Pope doesn't have the moral authority he claims to have.
