I'm just wondering....because i get all sorts of people asking me questions when i'm with a customer....and sometimes when i'm trying to count out change. And some even interrupt me when i'm trying to ask the customer i'm with a question....why do people do this? are they to much on themselves and think the world revolves around them?

I have the same feeling...and I'm a manager, so I'm usually running around like a crazy person. They don't understand that you're busy, and, like a lot of people in this world today, don't speak before thinking. As a cashier, you should never let anyone distract you while doing something while counting change. Whenever I see people bugging my girls when they're busy, I handle it for them.

People live in their own little world and don't understand the basic concepts of respect and politeness. After working in this kind of environment, I bet both of us definetely have those values now.

Often times it is impossible to find an employee at a store. A customer will find one and instead of searching for another one that might not be busy, they decide to interrupt and so on.

Yes, it is rude. I tend to wait my "turn" to talk to the associate. Better yet, I do most of my shopping online!

However, keep in mind, this will never change ... people will always interrupt you. In their mind, they are THE most important being and expected to be treated this way.

I think it's rude. But, I have noticed I am a hypocrite sometimes. LOL when I go to fast food places and they forget some of my food I will in fact butt in front of someone and ask "as politely as I can" for the rest of my food. Same goes if I notice that they charged me incorrectly and there is a long line to get back into. Sorry :( Yes, I am a hypocrite. This is actually something I have been working on. We rudey tooties don't always mean offense. I apologize!

she's no longer a narc, I stay at the same time with her and that i'm a pothead. And yeah it truly is waht the eating position market is about, all of us smoke. besides the undeniable fact that the point is, her job does have drug sorting out and no you won't be able to purchase a try equipment from the drug keep, it truly is advantageous for human beings yet a company has to attempt human beings in a hospital otherwise they could by no potential be able to act on the outcomes. no one fairly cares if human beings are smoking pot. I artwork with those who're outstanding workers which have the most objective of airplane controllers at the same time as they are extreme. the point is she is administration and their pot smoking is causing complications. in the experience that they were extreme at the same time as they were given there and did their job it might want to be one ingredient yet leaving the job to bypass out and smoke at the same time as leaving nutrition to burn is unacceptable. and then coming as a lot as the front in contact with clients reaking of pot isn't cool. with the purpose to make sparkling, what does one do thus. yeah she might want to tell the chief they went to take out the trash and nutrition replaced into burning which will confirm no longer something or does she tell her that those human beings merely settle on to say screw the job and characteristic a pow-wow contained in the middle of the dinner rush. it truly is extra their timing and absence of interest of others and absence of interest in the route of their job it truly is a difficulty.

They have an over inflated sense of self-entitlement. They honestly think their needs supersede everyone else's. Pure egoism and selfishness on their part.
