I hear ya about getting away from hard times for a lil relaxation in the sun*.....but sorry...I wouldn't be goin with my ex especially if we split cuz he was cheating*...The "Friends" thing won't last long as a) you'll either just end up crashing in the same bed..or b) he'll pickup someone and bring them back to the room , you'll freak out.....
SO No* not worth the aggrivation. Save up , get ur friends together and head away somewhere if you need some get away right now* If it's cuz you don't have money and he(your ex was going to pay) not a good plan either incase something goes down with the two of you..and you're stranded with no funds*
Wait till you can take a trip with someone other than your ex*

well, i dont think it is a good idea at all.
i dont see the point. memory should be kept as memory.
it would be good if you can enjoy but i dont want you to get hurt anymore. we never know what will happen in trip and you will be stuck there. no way out. why do you need to risk?! i will go with the person i really like (friends or bf, family) because holiday is not going to the different place but it is about sharing the nice time together with your important people. thats why i am healed everytime i go to holiday. it is your choice, but hope you will have a nice holiday!

Ooooh, no, probably not a good idea! The proximity would make it too tempting to try and start something with him again, and if he's a cheater, you don't need any more of that! Find a different friend to go with instead. If you've had a lot going on in your life, don't add to it by going on holiday with him!!

This isn't a night out the movies. This is a vacation.
You need a break from stress, and he caused some of it by cheating. Go with a real friend, your family or alone and forget your ex.

No!!! coz he wont see it as just friends he wants sex....go with girlie mates u wont b havin a laugh with ur ex seriously u cant chat up guys go out have a laugh he'll treat u like ur together i made the same mistake years ago i regret it deeply i had a **** holiday coz he thought i wanted to get bk with him by exceptin a holiday !!! seriously go with girl friends!!

You must be a glutton for punishment - sure, go, and then listen to yourself when you keep complaining about the way he behaved. It's time to make your own life - without him. Go by yourself or invite a girlfriend. Leave the cheating ex behind.

If you are asking then you probably shouldn't. Sometimes it takes yrs for ex's to become the kind of friends you would go on vacations w/. Can't you find someone that didn't break your heart to go w?
