Creatine can be increased both by change of diet and by supplement. It has been accepted that many fish (especially herring) have high levels of creatine in them and obviously would increase your creatine level after consumption. One may also take a creatine supplement which can be found at many vitamin, nutrient, and fitness supplement stores. Obviously it is a lot cheaper just to buy a jug of powder from the store and slurp down some creatine.

wow..are you doing creatine loading?well, usually athletes take up about 20g/day, 4 times a day, weeks prior to the tournament and during the event, they maintain the creatine level by ingesting 5g of creatine per day, also 4 times a day.
but creatine cannot be stored in large amount in our muscle..
foods that are rich in creatine include fishes and meats but if you want to make it fast, try to take the pills instead.but be careful of the side effects=)

Creatine is made in the body from the amino acids arginine and glycine. Methylation is also a critical step in the synthesis of creatine. So, to optimize your body's ability to synthesize creatine be sure you have adequate levels of arginine and glycine and all of the nutrients needed for proper methylation (methionine, betaine/choline, B6, B2, B3, B12 and folate).
Best wishes.
