Hi Suzie. It is important to understand that "Fibromyalgia" is a meaningless term applied to problems like yours. It is meaningless because it tells nothing about the CAUSE of your muscle pains, fatigue, mental depression, etc.

I can recommend a wonderful book by Sherry Rogers, M.D. called "Pain Free in 6 Weeks". In this book Dr. Rogers explains many causes of these kinds of symptoms and how to properly treat them. Dr. Rogers is an internationally recognized specialist in environmental medicine and nutritional biochemistry. She has over 35 years experience in practice and is a published medical researcher, as well as being a teacher/lecturer to other physicians.

I highly recommend this book. It is available at Amazon.com or from the publisher at 1-800-846-6687. Best wishes and good luck.

Could you be dehydrated? Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. That may sound like a stupid answer but most people these days don't drink enough.

Eat alot of protein and nutrient foods right now. Take it easy with the exercise right now, moving legs to jogging.
