The audio plays perfectly as I have the presentation set up, however, when forwarded to e-mail recipients, it says that the audio is only available via network. How do I ensure that the audio is available to be played along with the presentation independent of a network?

click "Slide tutor" for a drop down menu. click "Slide Transition". it really is the position the position you placed all of your slide animations even as transitioning to the subsequent slide. word that there is likewise an selection the position you may position a valid. confer with next element. search for for an selection that permits you to position a valid. Scroll to the merely accurate selection contained in the drop down menu to browse on your own sounds. skill element merely settle for *.wav sound files as history music. you've might want to transform to *.wav if needed. contained in the first slide you position a valid, after transitioning to the subsequent slide the sound gained't quit playing till you position a clean sound in a clean slide. So in case you opt for your history music to play via the entire presentation with out preventing, merely upload the sound contained in the first slide and none for something else of the slides. wish this helps.

see Lani's above

see with an embedded object (thats what the audio is) when it is played, it looks for the source (on your computer) so when you email it the source is no longer there

does that make sense? I tried lol

If you want to embed the audio (or if you just want to learn more about it) try the microsoft website (it's REALLY helpful). http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA012303071033.aspx

It also shows you how to edit the size of the audio file...

scullycj is right. you need to insert the audio to your presentation, don't link it only.
