First, start by calling or e-mailing the company that charged you. If that doesn't get you resolution, call your bank, or go into a branch. You can find the number on the back of your debit card, your statement, or on their web page.

First call your debit card holder--(Wells Fargo) and alert them of the problem. Then look on your statement--next to the charge there should be a company it was charged from along with a phone number for that company. If you ordered this online, there should be a customer service section somehwere on the site you orderd from. e-mail them and print a copy of all the correspondence you have with them, yours and theirs. The site should also have a phone number to contact them and an address to mail them. If the site is lacking any or all of these things, it may be a bogus site and you got scammed. Alerting the Better Business Bureau is also a good idea. They keep track of scammers and may be able to help you.

The Customer Service Phone Number should be on the back of your Debit Card. But they will probably refer you to the company that charged it. For that you need to contact that company directly. Since we have no idea who it is you should just look at the Contact Us section on their web site. This should either have an e-mail address or phone number to call. If you can't find it the packing slip when you get your package would have it.

Call your bank first thing tomorrow and let them know what happened. They will take care of the duplications and credit back your account the unathorized charges. I used to bank with Wells Fargo and they always treated me very nice when I called. I would still bank with them but they don't have branches here in Atlanta. Good luck! (take care of this ASAP)

nicely there are 2 issues you could attempt. First you could attempt to call the corporate workplace of the organisation and spot in the event that they might do something.in the event that they can't then circulate to the economic corporation and report a testimony. surely a testimony is a style you fill out for fraudulent expenses or expenses which you probably did no longer authorize. The economic corporation will then look at the declare and refund the money decrease back to you. carry it to recommendations would soak as much as 40 5 days.

You probably hit the SUBMIT button more than once (four times) on the website. If they didn't send you four items, contact the site you ordered from. Wells Fargo won't reimburse your if you bought something four times.

You need to call wells fargo and talk to them so they can follow up on it. Then you will have to call the place your ordered stuff and let them know whats going on, make sure its not fraud or was a mistake.

The company you purchased the item from. Call their customer service and ask for a refund for the additional three charges.

You should contact the company that charged you four times, it is their fault. It might have been a mistake that they already took care of or maybe they didnt notice it, so let them know first.

It's probably on the back of the card.
Or, type in the company name of your card into a search engine on the internet, and call the service number on their homepage.
