Having suffered from vestibular migraine for years. I can really appreciate when someone understands a sufferer's frustration, worry and despair. The Ultimate Vertigo Protocol is like having a real human guide you to a vertigo free life. As soon as I started to apply the method, I have noticed improvements. Now, 7 days later, it feels like living a miracle. I would highly recommend this book to I anyone with vertigo & dizziness

Go to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist, or other ear type doctor.. There are several reasons for vertigo, and you need to have your reason uncovered.
It could be something simple, like a cold that got into your ear canal. It could also be crystals along the ear canal (which is what I have) and it might be treated by the doctor moving your head suddenly in different directions. There are also a couple other things that it might be.
Only way to tell is to get to an ear specialist for an exam. Your primary care doctor might also want to do a couple other tests.
This is not something that we can tell you. Gonna take a doctor. Good luck!

Most doctors don't know for sure what causes vertigo because it could be so many different things. See your doc first and you'll probably be sent to an Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist. Have doc check if your blood pressure is too high or too low/ are you anemic, is there periodontal problem, inner ear problem etc? Personally, lots of bed rest is the only thing that helped me during those spells. Lack of sleep and stress make it worse. Try proper breathing, yoga and relaxation techniques. Take heart, it might mysteriously disappear the same way it appeared. Don't know why.

I assume you mean only female. I have really only one favorite, Sandra Bullock and a whole list of actors behind her, but Brenda Blethyn is such an interesting actress to watch and she's played such crazy characters I can't help but love her. Kathy Bates would be a next choice after her - and for pretty much the same reason. And Rachel McAdams is a new favorite Sandra Bullock - While You Were Sleeping, Practical Magic Brenda Blethyn - Saving Grace honorable mention Kathy Bates - Fried Green Tomatoes Rachel McAdams - The Time Traveler's Wife

You must see an ear-nose-throat specialist. The ent can treat you, and if not, you can also be treated by a physical therapist for this (I am one). If you look up "benign positional paroxsymal vertigo" or "BPPV", check your symptoms with those listed. This is the most easily treated type of vertigo that can be "cured" in 1-2 treatments. Otherwise, you may need other treatment.
