i have six dogs who love to ride in the car, we sometimes take all six to the dog park at once and on the drive home we fight over who has to clean the seats lol
a damp but not wet sponge wiped quickly with the grain of the fabric will take all the hair off, you just have to clean off the sponge a whole bunch
we also use a carpet machine with the hose attachment to keep the interior doggy odor free:)

If the hair is really stuck to the seat and doesnt easily come off with a vaccum at the car wash, use a stiff bristled brush to loosen the hair off the apholstery THEN vaccum.
To prevent such a problem in the future, have a seamstress make a seat cover with an old sheet sewn together on the side to make a pocket, fitting over the back of the seat. Then, it covers the entire seat and Fido's hair is only on the sheet. Remove it, wash it, and put it back.

I would first suggest to vacuum the seats, floor, and the head rests, try to get as much hair up as possible, I would use the car vacuums that are at the same sight as the car wash because they seem to have strong suction. After that I would detail it with the sticky brushes that they sell over town. They cost about one- two dollars for a brush, and keep it in the car for touch-ups. You may also want to get the shed-ender dog comb, it works really well.Use it before you put your dog in your car for the car ride, and maybe have your dog sit on a special blanket when she goes for a car ride with you. They also sell a product that you can give to your dog that will help stop the shedding. The name of the product is called Shed Terminator for Dogs. You can buy it at most pet stores or you can get it at 1-800-petmeds. This works well to help slow down the amount that your dog will shed. I have found that all of this works well and my little Daisy can enjoy the car rides with out making my car a fuzzy mess. The sticky brush in the car also works well to get the hair off of your clothes before you go into a store or building, I need to do this because my puppy loves to sit on my lap in the car.

It would best for the hair to be clean before making the car seats.
However, I think you meant how to remove the hair.. use a dog hair remover tool ... can buy one in WalMart.. It is called a *lint brush* but works with the hairs also...
I know as I have 6 German Shepherds... LOL

I always vacuum my car seats and if I still can't get it off I use the sticky side of duct tape for the real stubborn hairs. It works better than a lint roller.
You can get these awesome seat covers just for dogs and you will never have to worry about dog hair or dirt they drag in again. It covers the entire back seat, floor and back of front seats. They make them for any make and model car you have. Just by looking at the photos you could make them yourself if you don't want to spend the money.

Maybe you mean "from" car seats. I take masking tape and roll it backwards so it is sticky side out. Run it over the hair. Rip it off when it gets full of hair and roll more backwards until you get it all.

I usually take a lint roller brush to my sofa and I also take some masking tape and use it to pick up the excess hair.

You could use a lint roller, they're cheap and easy !! Or even a vacuum at the car wash.
