I have been trying to avoid this guy for the last few weeks because he came over to my house with my cousin and told me that he wanted to be with me and honestly he is not my type and I have let him know that I am not interested but no matter what he won't leave me alone. He called my house the other night at 2 am to ask me to the movies and I said no and I went to a party later on in the week and he showed up and wasn't invited or anything but he always shows up wherever I go and it is really starting to scare me, and I don't get scared that easily.. what should I do?

this guy is a stalker. you need to report him to the police. he may become violent and is already dangerous. he knows where you live and must be watching or having someone tell him about your activities. how else can he show up at places you have attended.

Id get a restaining order against him so he cant come within a certain range from u the guy is obsessive he needs to be dealt with and keep your video camera close by incase he breaks the rules also a video recorder. Been there done that.

It looks to me that he is obsessed with you, and that he's stalking you. You would have to face him face to face with a friend and tell him what he is doing and if it continues, you will call the police, also change your phone number. If you not living alone then make others aware also of whats happening, you never know, just take all saftey precautions ok.

i would suggest talking to him with some other trusted 3rd party present. If he seems violent, I would suggest threatening a restraining order, then if he persists, get the restraining order. Also, take extra precaution: Don't walk alone at night, buy some mace for your keychain, use security escort at school/work/stores.

Tell him you are not interested in him and you want him to get out of your life. In this case you cannot afford to be gentle so speak to him very firmly and get right to the point. You don't have to explain yourself but let him know he is bothering you and he'd better cease and desist immediately!! If he persists in pursuing you after this you may need to inform your parents and let them handle it because this guy is behaving like a stalker, and this could become dangerous. Please take care of yourself.

Lester is right.. Call the police and have them explain in small words.. it's obvious this guy doesn't comprehend too well.... the meaning of STALKER..... and what will happen to him if he continues.

how old are you? if you are underage you can get the police to put him in jail if he don't leave you alone or get a restraining order against him then he can not go near you and mind quit stocking you if he know you are serious

I agree with Lester... this guy is a STALKER & Dangerous!!! Please take his advice, go to the police, document days times of his calls and his being in places etc. Be careful, don't go out alone.
