pepto probably, pepcid is even better. I don't believe alka has anything for gas.

pepto....alka seltzer isn't so swell for acid reflux.....you need to try some pepcid, axid or zantac for the reflux stuff......but nooo, alka seltzer doesn't relieve gas....not as far as i know anyway

I GET THE EQUATE BRAND EQUIVALENT OF ALKA SELTZER AT WAL MART ITS MUCH LESS MONEY AND HAS THE SAME INGREDIENTS.
