Moses was an Old Testament Saint. This was before Christ. People were not born again in his day. But in the day we live Jesus said in John 3 “You must be born again”

Yes he was. He looked forward to Christ, as we now look back to Him in His death, burial and resurrection.
Rom 4:20-25
"Yet he [Abraham] did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22 This is why "it was credited to him as righteousness." 23 The words "it was credited to him" were written not for him alone, 24 but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness — for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm gonna have to say no to that one. Since he was on earth long before Jesus was in the manger. But I would say he had a very close relationship with God. Peace out..........

No, because he went to heaven before Jesus was born. To speak with God they had to give sacrifices of animals.

he lived atleast 1550 years before Christ came to Earth, what do you think? Moses' soul would have been redeemed by Christ (cuz people did rise out of graves), but I'm not sure exactly how.
