I am thinking of putting them on my inner forearms, mabey one on the neck. I am NOT putting anything on my face. I might do a sleeve or something of the like, am open to any good suggestions.

Disclaimer: I know of the "risks" please don't prattle on about them.

Your neck? Did you know that there are clear inks that will respond in various ways to blacklight in color. Of course all the UV tats that I have are vibrant colors like orange, red, white, etc. The most prominent is the scrolled flames on my calf. Kind of depends on you as a person. Bolts of lightning may be slick as a sleeve/sleeve starter. Purple, yellow and white you know.

My tattoo artist has a blacklight tat of a scorpion on his hand. It looks pretty cool

*gasp* You can get a blacklight tattoo? I never knew that. (Hm... maybe if I offered to pay for a uv tattoo myself, Mom might let me get one of those....)

How about a skull? (OK, maybe not.)
What about some sort of cool reptilian animal, like a snake or a dragon?
You could also get some Asian characters that reflect your personality. I dunno. I think they look cool.
