Be very weary of the answers you've received. I dont have time to go through the whole list and explain why some are just completely wrong. Below is a bunch of frases which I've cross referenced for you and are very accurate:
SPANISH
¿Como estas? (informal) OR ¿Como esta? (formal) - How are you?
¿Qué tal? (informal/formal) - How are you?
¿Qué pasa? (informal) - Whats happening? OR Whats going on?
¿Como te va? (informal) OR ¿Como le va? (formal) - How are you going?
Spanish is very phonetical so you pronounce every word except for the letter 'h'. When pronouncing 'qué' it is said the same as 'ke'.
FRENCH
Ça va ? (informal) – How are you?
Comment ça va ? (informal) – How are things going?
Comment allez-vous ? (formal) – How are you going?
The word 'ça' is pronounced the same as 'sa'. I'll split the word 'comment' to better explain its pronounciation - 'co' is said as in the word 'coffee', the 'mm' is like the last 'm' in 'mum' and the 'ent' has an 'on' sound. It sort of sounds like 'come-on!' but with a French accent.

Comment va tu? (Thats informal in French)
Comment allez vous? (Is formal French, (if youre speaking to someone much older than you or something like that)
In Spanish its "Como esta?" Thats the one Ive heard anyway. I dont think very many people still use the formal version (which I dont know)

In spanish you can either say:
como estas (informal)
como esta usted (formal)
or
que tal (more for saying "What's up?" Informal)
Not so sure about french.

Can't really help you with Spanish, but I speak French so:
French:
Comment tallez-vous? How's it going? (Formal version)
Como tallay voo?
Comment ca va? How's it going? (again)
Como sa va?
Comment vas-tu? How's it going? (Informal version)
Como va too?
