ok, like here's this guy who act little different from normal people, and he made like more than 40 hand made cards and each card has "to my friend" on it

ok first of all your question doesn't make very much since so I am going to try to answer it the best that I can.
I would say that he likes you, but he could just be a really good friend who is trying to figure out his feelings for you and maybe needs a shoulder to lean on during whatever he is going through. Be there for him and maybe something that isn't now can be later.
