would it be safe for a 15 year old girl to take diet pills? trimspa?
does trimspa work?

you shouldent realy use pills that is what i think. you have to loose it your self run or do some sports and be helthy not take pills and not do exercise.

Probably not. Your bod is still growing, and by introducing something like that into the mix is got to only lead to bad things. Those meal replacement drinks are probably the best bet for you right now. Also don't indulge into those concepts of super skinniness, i'd imagine that you just want to fit in, but it's never worth endangering your life for. Be happy in your own skin, and you've got the whole rest of your life to worry about your body image, just enjoy being 15 k!

I agree with ATWolf. I would ask a doctor first. I wouldn't think at your age that it would be necessary to use a diet pill. Just exercise for now and stick to a food diet. Go to www.bodybuilding.com You can find all kinds of helpful info on dieting and exercising.

I agree, check with your doctor. I'd try getting at least 30 minutes of low impact exercise 5 times a week and start eating well (lots of veggies and lean protein). I don't trust diet pills - they mostly make you jittery and cause you to lose water weight.
