could be a pinched nerve, usually in your back..could be tendinitis, arthritis, or even carpel tunnels...check for other symptoms for, anything that seems unusual, and defiantly go to a doc.

Google paresthesia and peripheral neuropathy. In many cases, these symptoms are side effects of medications. They also arise in B12 deficiencies, blood calcium abnormalities, thyroid probs, sugar/insulin probs, nerve disorders like MS. Just some examples.

Are your hands swollen?? I know someone who has this problem also, and he has rhumetoid arthritis. His hands swell until he can not pick up anything with them. He is on Indomethacin, which is a generic form of anti-inflamatory!!
You might also try drinking cherry juice!

That could be anything from a pinched nerve, to circulation problems, to something even more systemic and scary like a neurological disorder. Please take the time to see a doctor in the morning.
