I have been trying to avoid this guy for the last few weeks because he came over to my house with my cousin and told me that he wanted to be with me and honestly he is not my type and I have let him know that I am not interested but no matter what he won't leave me alone. He called my house the other night at 2 am to ask me to the movies and I said no and I went to a party later on in the week and he showed up and wasn't invited or anything but he always shows up wherever I go and it is really starting to scare me, and I don't get scared that easily.. what should I do?

Time to put your foot down, and explain to him that "enough is enough". Repeat that you have no interest and if he doesn't leave you alone, you will indeed report him to the authorities because he is on the verge of stalking which is now a seriously regarded crime. If you see him again "unexpectedly" then you MUST follow-up and call the local police. If nothing else, it will scare him into never doing it again, and will keep you protected and secured. :D

tell him if he doesn't strat to leave you alone then you'll put a restraning order on him

stalker..
i had one it was kinda creepy. i slept with him cause he was a hot stalker but his personality just ticked me off. after that night, he just disappeared.
