Trust, loyalty, honesty, forgiveness, commitment and hope. That's right, hope, which is made up of anger and courage. Anger at how things are and courage to change them.
The two most important are trust and forgiveness, though.

For me the 5 basic elements in a relationship would be: Love, because if I didn't love the person there would be no point in a relationship with them. Trust, is important because if you can't trust that person than there is something wrong. Honesty, goes hand in hand with trust, because you build trust by being honest. Loyalty, is also important to build trust, because you can't build trust with someone who's not loyal. Last but not least would have to be endurance, because relationships are not always easy...

Number one: Trust is the big one, if u cant trust ur mate then the relationship might not be strong enough to last.
Number two: Commentmant, you must be commented!
Number Three: Need and Wants, you must accept ur parents needs and wants, you have to give up somethings that you like to do just to make him or her happy.
Number Four: Loyal, if she tells you a secret dont go blabing it to ur friends keepp it between you and her it makes her feel secure.

Why does there have to be five? The most important thing in any relationship should be trust. Other than that, I can think of respect and attraction.
