ha ha! well you are in luck cause you can't get it through the net. You get it by being around others that have the virus, then you touch what they touch or they coughed or sneezed on, touch your face and get it. Or you can be around rude people that cough and sneeze in your face! Wash your hands well, and whenever you come home from someplace, and keep your hands away from your face. next year get a flu shot.l

The flu, & there are several kinds is a virus that you get from a carrier, who sneezes on you, touches an object, then u do, not enough people that wash their hands properly or at all, people who come to work with the flu, not enough people getting the flu
shot is FREE, bacteria from a carrier prepaing r food, ignorance
etc. Anyway, you get what I'm saying right? You can catch it in so many ways! Just keep washing r hands when r in the public!
There's more but u understand u catch it anytime in public.

The 'flu' is a virus and you get it from, well, contact with that virus. It can be a family member, at work, or out in public. It will generally enter through nose or mouth.
Keeping your hands clean is the single best thing you can do to keep from giving and getting these little 'bugs'.
Cover your mouth when you sneeze, or cough, please. And protect yourself when tending to others you know who are sick. Above all else wash your hands frequently.

You get the flu through a harmful virus. i dont know the name of the virus, sorry. but ther virus gets into ur body any way it can...through your mouth, ur eyes, etc. The virus gets in contact through your body through people you are around....or objects they had contact with. If you were in an elevator, and someone sneezed cuz they had the flu, and they didnt cover their nose or anything, there is a big chance u have it.....because when u sneeze, not just one part of the virus comes out.....but 100s of particles do....and then they just land on anything...and u breath in those particles so they entered into ur body through the nose. the viruse then lands on a cell.....the virus multiplies itself in the cell. and eventually after it has multiplied itself so many times...the cell is infected and dies...and when it dies, it burst and releases all those other viruses that were multiplied and those viruses go and infect other cells...and those cells burst..and so one. and eventually, if u dont have a good immune system, example, if u have aids, then eventually all ur cells will die....and there will be nothing in ur body to run all the organs or to get oxygen to ur heart....so u die. but the way ur body kills the viruses...is when the cell cannot fight of the virus itself, thats qwhen the antibodies from the immune system come in to play. those antibodies will heat ur body to an abnormal temperature, ex. the fever. the hot temperature is supposed to kill the viruses that have multiplied themselves. its supposed to chase them out, ex, sneezing, coughing. now when u get medicine thats supposed to bring down the fever...the medicine is like a substitute kinda...it will bring down the fever butb then whatb is supposed to kill the virus....i guess the medicine does that and then eventually the medicine will wear off and theres nothing there to fight off the virus....so u get the fever back again.
how that helps....i know all that because we just went over it in school.

Influenza is an airborne virus. You can get it from someone sneezing, coughing, touching you, talking to you, etc. The other person may not be showing any signs or symptoms, they could just be a carrier. For more information, visit www.flufacts.com.
