Lots of people, you may have a food allergy, too. If you are still alive, go to the emergency room or your doctor.

Yep, I got ahold of some bad shrimp at a seafood buffet once in New Orleans. Dinner was great until about half an hour later. I spend the rest of the trip in the bathroom sick as a dog. It was a few years before I could eat shrimp again but I have no problems with it now.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

if they were stale even slightly
u could get fish poisoning
seafood has a very small shelf life
and if that is combined with the wrong
storage temperature, you may get a bad stomach
my advice is do not eat any food for 24hrs
and drink plenty of fresh water
No milk or tea or sugary gassy drinks
they will irritate the stomach and the stomach lining
further,if your stomach pain and nausea get worse
see your GP (doctor)as seafood and fish poisoning can get very serious !
To a point of hallucination and septicaemia
(blood poisoning)setting in.

Yes, I got sick eating shrimp once. If you aren't getting any better you should call an emergency room or a poison control center. They will ask you all the right questions and answer any you have. It's okay to call, really. That's what they are there for.

Geez. I've never gotten sick from shrimp but I know it can happen. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids (water is best but watered-down Gatorade is fine too. Avoid milk, which can make it worse) in small sips so you don't get dehydrated. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic drinks.

I did - I think it wasn't cooked enough. Just stay in the bathroom and drink water or 7up. You should try to nibble on crackers. Go ahead and take tylenol, etc. get a pillow and lay on the floor - it will pass

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple shrimp and lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich... That's, that's about it.
