Wow you must have a great bod! Ok, don't have to cutdown on the cycle, cut down on the routine. Do it once every 2 days. That would be sufficient.

You dont need to do the 250 crunches and 150 sit ups. You will exhaust the muscle and after about 50 reps, you're muscles will hardly be working.

Work on your abs for about 15 mins 3 - 4 times a week.

Try this: do your jog each day and then alternate with the ab work and push ups. Give your muscles a day to rest. With the skipping, do this maybe three times a week.

If you ask me, I really wouldn't worry about it. I think that is great, you must be in really good shape. But as other people will say, watch and make sure you don't exhaust your muscles.... Well, keep up the good work,

It doesn't sound like a lot, but then when you say 3 hrs it does.
What if you did that every other day and on the 'off' days do half of what you do?
