Can I use the Windows XP upgrade disc more than on one computer?

No its a one time license. Those discs for XP upgrade for sale on the Net that have been used are USELESS. Microsoft licenses that XP to a specific computer and reads it thru ActiveX. part of windows system.

Your pc calls home to microsoft, they know if there is more than 1 instance of windows running from the same cd.... I tried that also, then windows said I have 30 days to enter a new cd key and gave me a phone number to call, so I uninstalled the other copy and called, got my new activation number and havent tried that since....

You can use the disk on more than one, but you need a separate license key for each.
