You could always get a new religion, or give up all religion.
If you aren't allowed to have a girlfriend, how do people in your culture eventually get married? Is it all arranged?
If you don't want to change your religion, you can just have patience until you get married. Until then, try masturbation.

my cousin is hindu and his "friend" were always together but not really gf/bf but they wanted to get married so they did
and they dif religion she muslim
