you're not planning on starting a sleeve today with no ideas are you? because if you are then that is a horrible idea. sleeves are something to be considered for a long time before getting them. you should have a solid idea of what you want before you even get started.

If the tattoo is well done, I find it really, really attractive. I especially love sleeves. Honestly, you're never going to get the answer you want from everybody. I've come across so many people who flat out hate tattoos on principle alone, some who hate tattoos for good reasons, some who love all tattoos and some who are picky about what tattoos they do and don't like. If the design is important enough to you to get it put on your skin, it shouldn't matter to you whether women find it attractive, because those women probably aren't worth your time.
