If it were my child I would not put her into it until she was out of diapers at least.
Hot tubs are hot. Small children have much less ability to withstand heat stress than older children, adolescents and adults. Exercise great caution about putting young children - babies and toddlers - follow a rule that until kids are out of diapers, they are too small for the hot tub.
diapered children are fundamentally dirty down there no matter how clean you think you keep them. Again, to me this is a good reason to keep little kids out of the tub.
Germs like warm water. Proper chlorination of hot tubs is essential. Hot tub folliculitis is a specific rash caused by infection of the hair follicles of the skin with Pseudomonas, a particularly nasty bacterium. It appears most often in the areas covered by a tight-fitting bathing suit on a child who sat for a prolonged period in a hot tub.

I read the other answers and I'm not sure I agree with all of them. My biggest concern would be exposing a child that young to various bacteria from adults. Children don't have a strong immune system like adults do. It's not the temp of water, in fact that would be very soothing and relaxing for him, but I think you should stick to the bath tub for now until the child is older. That's just my opinion though.

No the childs vital signs colud change drastcally in a shot amount of time without you knowing. The warm/hot water will dilate the blood vessels making the child try to adjust to the temp. You don't know his tolerance level and he can't tell you or be accurate. READ YOUR MANUAL AND USER'S GUIDE

Well toddlers certainly live places that are hotter than 100F, however I can't see your toddler really enjoying it, and there is always the danger of dehydration or heatstroke.
However, if you are there and for short periods of time I guess it would be ok.

Not for very long. Maybe a quick three or four minute dip every hour or so, but please do not be one of those parents who lets kids treat the spa like a swimming pool. (You're clearly not since you're asking this question.) Those parents are so reckless!

Children have the same temperature sensitivity as adults, if it isn't too hot for you, then it shouldn't be too hot for them. I would keep the exposure to a shorter time than yourself, though, they are much smaller, and will lose liquids a litte quicker.

Yes it's safe, as long as someone is in there with them, my two little second cousins went into a hottub with my little sister and cousin.
