No, you must stone them both.

Seriously. You're trying to avoid someone not because of how THEY act, but how their BROTHER acts? Really?

And Goths are good people. Get to know one sometime.

You're friends with her, not with her brother. But I have to say that I've never heard of a Goth who worshipped the devil. Did he or your friend actually tell you this or are you simply making an assumption based on his appearance?

Well, if you're a Christian (sorry, you didn't mention if you were), you should pray for her and her brother. And definetely read the Bible every day, and spend some time w/ God. Shine your light when w/ your friend.

Around her brother, be nice to him. Shine the light around him too. But try not to get yourself too caught up in moments w/ him. He is, after all, a devil worshipper. Be very careful around him. Try not to spend too much time around him either, it could harm your relationship w/ Christ.

God bless you.

Might be that YOUR living witness as a Christian will plant a seed or two in the Goth critter. You need not avoid your gal pal, just be aware of the situation as you seem to be, God is for you, nothing can prevail against you

Well, if you're really her friend, then why should it matter what her brother does? What he does is his business and it likely doesn't affect what your friend believes. If you like your friend and she likes you and you two don't have any issues between you, then where is the problem? It seems to me like you have a problem with her brother. But don't mistake you taking issue with her brother's beliefs as an issue between you and her. That's not fair to your friend. And it's kinda superficial in my opinion because if you break off the relationship with your friend because of her brother, you've made your friendship conditional. Not all people can live up to your expectations and your friend can't change her brother. Neither can you.

You have to know yourself. If you are strong enough in Christ to remain resolved in your beliefs when around her brother, then its ok. You have to surround yourself with a group of people that help you to grow in faith. However beyond that, Christians must be in the world and not of the world. In other words, you could be a tremendous Christian influence tho him just by acting Christian in front of him. Depending on how strong the Holy Spirit is in you, you could be doing a huge deed for the Kingdom.

uh the brother does all this yet you talk of avoiding your friend??
Not likely that your friend has much control over what bro does is there? Are you trying to use your friend's brother as an excuse to stop hanging with your friend? Be honest now...

Have you ever spoken to him? He's probably not that weird and i doubt he worships the devil. You shouldn't be so quick to pass judgement on people. Get to know him before you judge him.

And why does it affect your friendship? That makes no sense.

If I were in your shoes I would not avoid my friend because of that. Try to tell yourself that you are a strong person and if ANY negativity comes when you are around this person, just be strong. He CANNOT brings your spirits down or hurt you if you believe he CANNOT! Good Luck!
