cause when you drink it you get a lot of vitamins and minerals. does it increase a chance of a growth spurt?. all of my friends drank energy drinsk when they were lil and we all played sports we play football. i never drank any and im shorter than all of them im 5'8 they are like 5'11 and 6' ft. do energy drinks like gatorade help you grow ?

No, but high energy drinks like Gatorade are full of sugar, and they ruin your teeth.

No gatorade will not help with growth and it does not have vitamins and minerals in it.

No they do not..Gatorade contains electrolytes which are used to keep you from becoming dehydrated.

helll no lol..its all sugar and makes you gain weight...maybe your friends are just bigger than you...it does happen.
