Fresh vegetables in Boston?

Does anyone know of a co-op or farm share program in the Boston and/or Quincy, MA area? Someone I used to know had a box of fresh vegetables delivered to her every week or so and the proceeds went to some organization or local farm. The details and name has escaped me but I would like to look into this for the spring/summer... Thank you!
