I just answerd a question for another person, here's what I do...

I usually go to Sam's, buy the boneless/skinless chicken breasts, I marinate them in Italian dressing over night, cook them up on the grill then freeze them.
When I want something, I take out a breast, then pour over some marinara sauce, top off with a slice of provolone cheese and have chicken italiano.
or, get a can of cream of asparagus soup, put two breasts in a dish, with the soup and half a can of milk and bake it till it's all hot.
lemon chicken, the recipe is on the Campbell's soup can. oooooh it's delicious.
I have some mashed potato's or rice with it.

or slice a breast up and put it on a flour tortilla with some shredded cheddar cheese, nuke it for about 30 - 45 seconds, fold it over, then pop it in the toaster oven and let it crisp up for a nice chicken casadilla.
All quick and easy.

Own made hamburger/meatloaf, potatoes quartered, seasoned oil and herbs and spices, salt and pepper and baked in the oven at 400f(to make them crispy). Steamed vegetables, broccoli, carrots, or wok sauteed vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots, snow peas, sliced onions, etc.
Instead of mac and cheese, take that roasted chicken or turkey and cube some of the white meat and make a cheese sauce. Boil broad noodles(undercook) and add them to the sauce, taste and place in a casserole and bake for an half hour. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Tetrazinni

One nice quick, nutritious meal is "Knorr frozen entrees". They're essentially stir-fry's, they come in a yellow and green bag, and can be found in the freezer section with all the prepared foods.

There's a yummy shrimp and chicken one that I've had. If you add a pepper or any extra veggie, it'll be a little healthier since there aren't a ton of veggies in it.

But, it's quick ('bout 10 minutes), easy (just add to a pan and stir after 5 minutes) and nutritious (well, at least with the addition of an extra veggie).

Lipton sides; 1) red beans and rice, fry a pound of sliced smoked sausage or kielbasa then mix in with the red beans and rice after you make them. 2) Chicken flavored noodles; prepare as directed then add a can of chicken right into it. Actually almost any of the noodle side dishes can be made a meal by adding canned chicken to them. You can use canned tuna on the alfredo noodles too.....

Learn how to make recipes that you can make a big batch of in advance that you can refrigerate or freeze the rest and reheat it to eat for weeks, such as clam chowder, lasagna, stir fry, etc.

Don't let the initial ingredients lists daunt you, they may seem like a lot to buy but you will save money in the long run because you are only cooking every so often and don't have to shop for weeks.

I would suggest hot dogs and burgers but those wouldn't be as healthy or satisfying in the long run.

Always in a rush to sit and have a decent breakfast in the morning? Make it for dinner and take your time to enjoy it. A nice fat Ham & Cheese Omelet, Hash Browns, Crispy Bacon and Toast or English Muffin. Take the time and really enjoy
