No. The Southpark humorous tale on mensturation "i do no longer have confidence something that bleeds for 5 days and would not die" is humorous. Its politically suspect, sexist, stupid and idiotic yet humorous. i'm afraid in basic terms the 1st 4 adjectives carry on with on your humorous tale.
